What is

REAC® Technology, developed by the Rinaldi Fontani Institute and powered by ASMED® is an innovation in the fields of neuromodulation and biomodulation.

It is based on the restoration of altered endogenous bioelectrical activity, which is essential for cellular and neurological physiology, and may be disrupted by various factors, including epigenetic changes.

How it works

REAC® uses very low-intensity radio electric fields conducted asymmetrically, not to inject energy into tissues, but to interact with abnormalities in the cells' endogenous bioelectrical activity.

This interaction induces autologous ionic microcurrents, which play a crucial role in the functional reorganization of neural networks a central element in the understanding and treatment of various neurological and behavioral disorders. In biomodulation protocols, these effects manifest at multiple levels, from functional reorganization (including epigenetic levels) to the recovery of altered physiological dynamics, such as inflammation, microcirculation, and metabolism.

Cellular reprogramming and differentiation processes represent an exclusive and advanced area of REAC® regenerative medicine protocols, positioning them as high-level therapeutic tools.

Comparison with Other Technologies

REAC® is often mistakenly grouped with other neuromodulation or physiotherapy devices. However, it possesses unique characteristics, particularly in its mechanism of action: no direct current or magnetic field is applied, and it selectively modulates endogenous bioelectrical imbalances.
Feratures REAC® TMS tDCS DBS TENS/CAR
Invasiveness Non-invasive No No Yes No
Type of Energy Asymmetric radio electric Magnetic fields Direct current Implanted electrical Alternating current
Application Scope Multisystemic Psychiatric Experimental Parkinson's, DOC Local analgesia
Adverse Effect None reported Mild Mild Potentially severe Occasional skin effects
None of the technologies compared selectively modulate endogenous bioelectrical imbalances like REAC®, making it a truly original therapeutic proposal.

REAC® protocols do not aim to replace necessary treatments, nor are they incompatible with them. When applied appropriately, they can integrate with pharmacological and other therapeutic approaches and even enhance their effectiveness by improving the organism’s adaptive responses.
